Do I pay anything to book?
No. Sending a request is free and nothing is charged online. You pay at the clinic, by GCash or cash, once the price has been confirmed with you.
Can I choose my exact time?
You tell us the days and the part of the day that usually suit you. Dr. Castillo then confirms a specific slot with you, because she keeps the schedule tight so that nobody waits.
How much will my treatment cost?
The starting prices are on this page. The final price depends on the area treated, the number of units, and the assessment. She tells you the exact amount before starting, and you may decline at that point with no obligation.
Is an online consultation the same price?
General medicine consultations can be done online at the same consultation price. Aesthetic treatments require an in-clinic visit, since they involve assessment and procedures on the skin.
Will anyone know I came?
The clinic is appointment only, so there is no waiting area full of strangers. Your details and records are kept confidential and are never published. No photos are shared without your written consent.
Where exactly is the clinic?
In Laoag City, Ilocos Norte. The exact address, directions, and parking notes are sent to you once your appointment is confirmed.
What if I need to cancel or move it?
Just message her. There is no cancellation fee for reasonable notice, and no penalty for moving an appointment once.
Terms and conditions
Prices. All prices on this page are starting prices in Philippine pesos and may change without prior notice. The exact price for your consultation or treatment is confirmed by Dr. Castillo before it begins. No payment is collected through this website.
Appointments. This form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A slot exists only once Dr. Castillo confirms it with you directly. The clinic sees patients by appointment only and may reschedule in case of emergency.
Payment. Consultations and treatments are settled at the clinic by GCash or cash. You will be told the amount before any procedure is performed.
Medical care. Sending this request does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Any treatment depends on the doctor's clinical assessment, and she may decline or postpone a treatment if it would not be safe for you.
Privacy. Your details are used to arrange and provide your care and are kept in your medical record in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act. They are not sold or shared for marketing. You may request a copy or the deletion of this enquiry by messaging the clinic.
