Is this a medical consultation?
No. It is a short conversation to find out whether the clinic is a suitable fit for what you need. No diagnosis is made, no treatment is prescribed and no doctor-patient relationship is created. If your case is a fit, Dr. Castillo speaks with you properly, in the clinic or online, and that is the medical consultation.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. The conversation is free and no card is requested at any point. Nothing is charged on this website.
Do I have to book after this?
No. If we are a good fit, Dr. Castillo contacts you personally to discuss the details and arrange a time. You can decline, ask for a different day, or simply not reply. No appointment exists until she confirms one with you.
Why do you ask about budget?
Because we would rather tell you now than waste your time. Aesthetic treatments in the clinic typically start between ₱2,500 and ₱15,000 depending on what is being done. If that is not realistic today, we say so, and nothing is lost.
Who reads my answers?
The clinic team, and Dr. Castillo when your case is a fit. Your answers are stored on the clinic's own systems, are never sold, and are never used for advertising. The full detail is in our privacy notice.
Can I get a prescription or have my results read here?
Not in this conversation. A prescription, a certificate or an interpretation of results requires a proper consultation with Dr. Castillo, which the clinic will arrange if it is appropriate. Never start or stop a medicine based on a website.
What if I am outside Laoag, or outside the Philippines?
General health follow-ups can be done online, on video or by message. Aesthetic treatments are done on the skin, in the clinic in Laoag, so they need a visit. Tell us where you are and we will be honest about what is possible.
What happens to my answers if I am not a fit?
They are kept as a record of the request, and nobody contacts you unless you asked to be contacted. You can ask us to delete them at any time by writing to doctor@md-k.com.
