Prices are starting prices, confirmed at the consultation. No package, no deposit, no card online. Aesthetic treatments are done in the clinic only.

You will hear the price before anything starts

In writing, at the consultation. Not a range that grows once you are on the bed, and not a promo that expires tomorrow.

She will tell you not to do it

Some concerns are better left alone, some need a different doctor, and some need nothing at all. Saying so is part of the consultation, not a lost sale.

Nobody photographs you

No before and after, no social media, no file passed around. Images are taken only if you ask, and only for your own record.

One visit, one decision

You leave with a plan on paper. You can think about it for a month. Nothing is booked or paid on the day unless you want it.

Face and skin

Aesthetic medicine, in the clinic only, by appointment.

Botox

from ₱7,000

A prescription medicine injected into specific muscles to soften the lines that come from expression.

Who it suits

Frown lines, forehead lines and crow's feet that appear when you move your face, and that you have started to see in photographs.

What it will not fix

Sun damage, sagging skin, scars, or lost volume. Botox relaxes a muscle. It does not rebuild anything.

Duration
20 to 30 minutes
Starts working
day 3 to 5
Full effect
2 weeks
Lasts
3 to 4 months

Not for you if: Pregnancy or breastfeeding, a neuromuscular condition, an infection at the injection site, or an expectation of a face that never moves again.

The final price depends on the areas treated and the number of units. It is quoted before anything is injected.

Skin boosters

from ₱5,000

Microinjections of a hyaluronic acid gel into the dermis, to hold water in the skin instead of sitting on top of it.

Who it suits

Skin that looks tired and thin, fine lines that are there at rest, and make up that no longer sits well.

What it will not fix

Sagging, deep scars or pigmentation. It changes the quality of the skin, not its shape or its colour.

Duration
30 minutes
Course
2 to 3 sessions, 3 to 4 weeks apart
Lasts
6 to 9 months
Downtime
pinpoint marks for a day, possible bruise

Not for you if: Active acne or infection in the area, a known allergy to hyaluronic acid, or pregnancy.

Price depends on the product chosen and the area treated.

Lip fillers

from ₱15,000

Hyaluronic acid filler placed to define the border, restore volume, or correct an asymmetry.

Who it suits

Thin upper lip, loss of volume with age, a border that has become indistinct, a natural asymmetry you have always noticed.

What it will not fix

Lines around the mouth, the shape of your teeth or jaw, or the length of your philtrum. Those are different problems with different answers.

Duration
30 to 45 minutes
Sessions
1
Lasts
9 to 12 months
Downtime
swelling 48 to 72 hours, bruise up to a week

Not for you if: An active cold sore, pregnancy, or a history of vascular complications without a proper assessment first.

Price depends on the product and the volume. One syringe is often enough for a first time.

“I am not here to change you. I am here to make you look less tired.”

Chin filler

from ₱15,000

Hyaluronic acid filler placed on the chin to bring the profile into proportion with the nose and the lips.

Who it suits

A chin that recedes in profile, a lower face that looks short, or a slight asymmetry you see in side photos.

What it will not fix

Your bite. It will not change how your teeth meet, and it will not make a jaw wider than the bone allows.

Duration
30 minutes
Sessions
1
Lasts
9 to 12 months
Downtime
swelling 48 hours, possible bruise

Not for you if: A bite problem or a jaw that needs orthodontic or surgical assessment, pregnancy, or an active infection nearby.

Price depends on the product and the volume needed for projection.

Subcision

from ₱8,000

A needle is passed under the scar to release the fibrous bands that pull the skin down, so the depression can lift.

Who it suits

Rolling and tethered acne scars, the ones that look like shadows and do not improve with creams.

What it will not fix

Brown marks left by old acne, large pores, or the acne itself. Pigmentation and scarring need different treatment, often in the same plan.

Duration
30 to 45 minutes
Course
2 to 4 sessions, 4 to 6 weeks apart
Seen
from 6 to 8 weeks, still improving at 3 months
Downtime
bruising 5 to 10 days

Not for you if: Active acne, a tendency to keloid without assessment, or blood thinners that cannot be paused.

Price depends on the area and the number of scars treated in the session.

“We can improve this, but I will never lie to you about what is possible. That honesty was more comforting than any false hope.”

Intralesional injection

from ₱150

A small dose of steroid placed directly into one inflamed cyst or one raised scar.

Who it suits

A single large cyst that is not settling, or a scar that has healed raised and thick.

What it will not fix

The scar that is already flat, the pigmentation left behind, or the next cyst. It treats one lesion at a time.

Duration
10 minutes
Repeat
after 3 to 4 weeks if needed
Downtime
none to one day
Note
small doses on purpose, to avoid a dent

Not for you if: Anything that is infected rather than inflamed, or repeated injections without a review of why the cysts keep forming.

Priced per lesion. Most people need one to three.

Warts, syringoma, flat moles, milia

from ₱2,500

Removal of benign skin lesions by cautery or curettage, after the lesion has been looked at properly.

Who it suits

Small raised lesions that have been stable for years, and that you catch on a comb or a necklace, or see in every photo.

What it will not fix

The virus that causes warts, which can produce another one later. It also will not remove sun damage or change skin texture.

Duration
30 to 45 minutes
Sessions
usually 1
Healing
scab for 7 to 10 days
Aftercare
sun avoidance, and a scar is possible

Not for you if: Anything new, changing, bleeding or irregular. Those are examined, and referred for biopsy rather than burnt off.

Price depends on the area and the number of lesions. The lesion is examined first, and anything that needs a biopsy is not treated here.

Body

Small, targeted areas. Not a weight loss programme.

Mesolipo

from ₱10,000

Microinjections of a fat dissolving solution into a small, localised fat pocket.

Who it suits

A small pocket that has not moved with diet and exercise, on someone whose weight is otherwise stable.

What it will not fix

Your weight, loose skin, or fat inside the abdomen. It acts on the pocket it is injected into.

Duration
30 minutes
Course
3 to 6 sessions, 2 to 4 weeks apart
Result
gradual, over 2 to 3 months
Downtime
swelling and bruising for 3 to 7 days

Not for you if: Pregnancy, liver disease, a bleeding disorder, or obesity. This is not a weight loss treatment and it is not sold as one.

Priced per area and per session. The number of sessions is set after the first assessment.

General medicine

The ordinary reasons people see a doctor.

Aesthetic medicine consultation

from ₱600

An examination and an honest map of what is possible for your skin or body, and what is not worth your money.

Who it suits

Anyone who has a concern and no idea which treatment answers it, or who has been quoted a package somewhere else and wants a second opinion.

What it will not fix

It will not end with a package. You leave with a written plan, and you can decide later, or never.

Duration
20 to 30 minutes
Where
in the clinic
Includes
examination and written plan
Pressure
none

Not for you if: Anyone hoping for a price without being seen. The price of a treatment depends on what is actually there.

Deducted from the treatment if you go ahead on the same plan.

“If it bothers you, it matters.”

General consultation

from ₱550

A proper consultation for fever, cough, infection, blood pressure, or a check up that you have been putting off.

Who it suits

Anything that needs a doctor to look at you rather than a search engine, including the ordinary things people wait out too long.

What it will not fix

It will not be a three minute prescription. If you need tests, a referral or a follow up, she will say so.

Duration
20 to 30 minutes
Where
clinic or online
Includes
examination and plan
Follow up
advised when it matters

Not for you if: Emergencies. Chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding or a seizure go to the emergency room, not to an appointment.

Includes the examination. Laboratory tests, if needed, are charged by the laboratory.

Laboratory result interpretation

from ₱450

A doctor reads your blood work or urinalysis with your history in front of her, not just the arrows.

Who it suits

Results you have been handed without an explanation, or a value that is slightly out and nobody told you whether it matters.

What it will not fix

It will not replace the test, and it will not turn a borderline value into a diagnosis without the clinical picture.

Duration
15 to 20 minutes
Where
clinic or online
Bring
the full result
Outcome
explanation and next step

Not for you if: A result that needs a repeat test first, or a result from a laboratory whose method she cannot verify.

Bring the full result, including the reference ranges.

Prescription refill

from ₱350

A renewal of maintenance medication, after checking that it is still the right one and the right dose.

Who it suits

Someone whose maintenance medicine is working and whose supply is running out.

What it will not fix

It will not skip the review. If your pressure or your sugar is no longer controlled on that dose, a refill is the wrong answer.

Duration
10 to 15 minutes
Where
clinic or online
Needs
the current prescription or the box
Review
included

Not for you if: A first prescription, a controlled substance without a proper consultation, or a dose change.

Only for medication already prescribed to you, after a review.

Medical certificate

from ₱150

A certificate for work or school, written after the doctor has actually examined you.

Who it suits

Someone who is genuinely unwell and needs the paper that says so.

What it will not fix

It will not be backdated, and it will not certify what was not assessed. That is what makes it worth something at your employer.

Duration
same visit
Needs
an examination
Date
the day you were seen
Copy
one original

Not for you if: A certificate for a day that has already passed, or a fitness claim for something that was not examined.

Issued after an assessment. The certificate itself is what costs 150.

Five questions to ask any clinic before you book

Ask them anywhere in Laoag, including here. The answers below are ours.

Who will actually hold the needle?
A licensed physician, every time. Not an aesthetician, not a nurse working from a protocol, and not a visiting technician with a machine. It is Dr. Castillo, and you can ask to see her PRC ID.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Complications are discussed before the treatment, in plain words: bruising, swelling, infection, a lump, a scar. The clinic stocks what is needed to manage the common ones, follows you up, and refers you the same week if a case is beyond what an outpatient room can handle.
How many sessions will this really take?
The number is written in your plan before you start, with the interval between sessions. If a clinic cannot give you a number, it is selling sessions rather than treating a concern.
Is the price you quoted the price I pay?
Yes, for the plan you agreed. What changes it is a change of plan: more areas, more units, more sessions. You are told before, not after.
What if I decide not to do anything?
Then you have paid for a consultation and learned what is going on with your skin. That is a legitimate outcome, and it happens.
